Within 5 business days you should receive a secure email link to complete your personal history and lifestyle questionnaire as well as an email to book your Mi~Scan appointment. Your completed risk profile report will be sent to you once both the questionnaire and density measurement have been completed. Note that the more questions you are able to accurately answer, the more accurate your result.
